YOUR DATA
Privacy policy
Last updated: 25 August 2026This policy explains how KaamProof handles information when you use the service. The product is currently an early-access service for contractors and site teams.
Information we collect
When you sign in, the service receives your ChatGPT user identifier, email address and, when available, display name. It stores project details, customer names, site addresses, daily work notes, labour and material entries, expense and payment records, client comments and any photos you choose to upload.
How information is used
Information is used to operate your project dashboard, create reports, track payments, provide support, protect the service and improve KaamProof. We do not sell your project information or site photos.
Storage and access
Structured records are stored in the service database and uploaded photos are stored separately. Records are associated with the signed-in account. Other customers cannot browse your private project records through the product.
Your responsibilities
Upload only information and images you have the right to use. Avoid storing unnecessary identity documents, banking passwords, card details or highly sensitive personal information in project notes.
Retention and deletion
Records are retained while your account uses the service and as reasonably needed for security, support and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account data through the in-app support page. A deletion request may require identity verification.
Payments
When paid plans are activated, checkout will be handled by a payment provider. KaamProof will not store full card or UPI credentials. The provider’s own privacy policy will also apply.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the product develops. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
