By using KaamProof, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.

What the service provides

KaamProof helps organise site updates, photos, labour, materials, expenses, approvals, reports and payment follow-ups. Features may change during early access.

Your account and content

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy and legality of content you enter. You must have permission to record and upload site photos, customer details, signatures and project information. Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or harmful activity.

Not a legal or accounting service

KaamProof creates an organised work record. It does not guarantee that a report will be accepted as legal evidence and does not replace contracts, tax invoices, legal notices, accounting records or professional advice.

Payments and plans

Free-plan limits may apply. Paid pricing, billing periods, taxes and cancellation terms will be shown before checkout. No charge is made by the current test version. Lifetime offers, when available, apply to the product’s operating lifetime and are not a promise that every future feature is included.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and protect stored information, but early-access software may contain errors or experience interruptions. Keep your own copies of critical contracts, invoices and legally required records.

Suspension

Access may be limited when necessary to protect the service, other users or the public, or when these terms are materially violated.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KaamProof is not responsible for indirect losses, payment disputes, lost profits or decisions made solely from product reports. Mandatory consumer and statutory rights are not excluded.
